Our qualified nurses deliver safe and effective catheter care, including insertions and changes, monitoring for concerns, infection prevention, and ensuring your comfort.
Our bowel care services are delivered with sensitivity and respect for your privacy. We support individual bowel management plans, including monitoring, assistance with medications, enemas as prescribed, and promoting healthy routines.
We provide PEG feeding routines, medication administration via PEG, and equipment care to ensure safety and comfort. We offer wound care, medication management, diabetes and continence support, and ongoing health monitoring in consultation with your GP or healthcare team. Every visit is guided by the principles of respect, trust, and understanding, ensuring you receive high-quality clinical care from people who genuinely care.
Nursing Solutions Group is an approved provider supporting veterans under the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) Community Nursing Program. If you are a veteran or war widow, you may be eligible for funded nursing and personal care services through DVA. To get started, speak with your GP, hospital discharge planner, or DVA Health Provider, who can arrange a referral for community nursing services.
